Kansas resident Fred Wilburn sends some great shots of his home court which he has dubbed the Buzzard Hollow International Bocce Court.

Here's a shot taken in the spring before the trees sprout leaves. The court is international size (91' x 13' or 27.7 meters by 3.9 meters).

Says Wilburn, "Court construction was gleaned from Internet sources. The surface is crushed limestone from our local quarry here in Johnson County Kansas."

Wilburn says that the Buzzard Hollow International Bocce Court is "...probably the only one in the state of Kansas other than a couple of municipal courts in the southeast Kansas area where there are some Italian communities."
